The homes at hue are a delicate balance of design, technology, and aesthetics. There is no one-size-fits-all condo. At hue, we’ve designed a variety of homes with soft, temporal possibilities in place. Equally at home nestled in the courtyard or creekside, our flexible floorplans and modular elements maximize your living space.

The base is rendered in masonry which contrasts the corrugated metal cladding of the upper residential levels. Residential levels of the buildings are rendered in corrugated metal cladding with composite metal accent panels and glazed guards. Public artwork for the project is conceived by local artist, Alex Morrison. The sculpture is located within the recess on the north elevation of the East Building at the corner of Albert and St. Johns Streets.

Refreshing indoor and outdoor environments provide everything you need to thrive. The amenities at hue include a large residential courtyard which is enclosed by the two buildings and the urban forest of the hillside. This courtyard provides both common gathering and kids play space as well as individual yards for those units that open directly to it. We’ve also incorporated a fitness room, parcel lockers, more kids' space, a dog wash, EV-ready parking stalls and a co-work space that opens onto the courtyard.
